I am planing a quantitative study with open-closed type questions. I need to reach respondents from geographically big area, so i decided to use online survey. I have used some sites before, though I was not completely satisfied with data output for SPSS. Which Internet page would you recommend for surveys when You want to have data output for SPSS?

Our department has been using Qualtrics for five years. It is now used across the University. It offers a range of data download options, including specific SPSS format.
There were indeed some questions raised in the University Human Research Ethics Committee specifically about the security of the servers, as Michael Annear has argued. We exchanged correspondence with the Qualtrics people who gave very satisfactory answers. We figured that if the software service was secure enough for the US defence department then then it's probably secure enough for our research questionnaires.
I've had good experiences with Qualtrics. The output has been much cleaner than other online survey software.

there is no perfect way to transform survey data to SPSS. However, I recommend Unipark - as it is one of the better software systems both concerning data protection law/ethical issues and let's you track response behaviour and you can do complex programming when needed (e.g. filters).

I've used Survey Monkey, Survey Gizmo and Select Survey and all of them are easily transferable into SPSS.
Survey Monkey (if you subscribe) can directly export an SPSS file, which includes all the value labels etc. In my experience, these files are pretty good and need little in the way of editing after you open them in SPSS. This saves a lot of the hassle importing an excel or a CSV file.
I too have used Survey Monkey very successfully. It allows for easy export of data into an SPSS file.
Thank you for so many recommendations! Qualtrics unfortunately free version does not give out SPSS output. I will check Survey Gizmo, Select Survey and Survey Monkey and hopefully i will find affordable and comfortable option. If somebody would have other recommendations, please, feel free to add.
I am using the free version of Qualtrics and the SPSS output worked just fine.
In case you still have troubles, maybe you can download the Excel output and import it manually to SPSS.

@Sofia: yes, export to SPSS is possible with SoGoSurvey but only if you are opting in for their most expensive plan (at 99$/month). There is however a workaround because even their free plan offers export of data to excel, which you can (with some caution obviously!) subsequently import in SPSS.
