I need to learn about authentic specific uses of language in English to serve for my ESP course designs as I teach ESP courses in an EFL setting, which makes it even harder to reach such genuine language uses for specific purposes. I plan to make use of a concordancer for pedagogical purposes as well. I will be glad if you could suggest me a few online concordancing tools that you have found effective.

I find Wordsmith Tools very useful. The software gives you all the instances where some specific lexical items are used so you can identify differences in use and frequencies of types of use.

Mr Slim Kmemakhem , thank you very much for your response. Sorry for my ignorance, do I have to download it , can't I use it online? Well I am asking this question just after a short glimpse of the site, I tried a few words and wasn't successful- maybe a very basic question - well that's why I ask, right ?:)
SketchEngine (https://www.sketchengine.eu)is great but may not be free, the Brigham Young Corpus (https://corpus.byu.edu) site is pretty good too but I like making corpora and using AntConc, which is not online.

Mr Marc Jones , thank you very much for your explanatory answer. as much as I understood, such concordancing programs aren't either free or online. At least I have to install free version of programs rather than using online. Thank you very much I will try the engines you suggested.
Cecilia Agyemang I guess the engine searches among the files uploaded to the software. I was just looking for something with a large corpus online, maybe drawn from larger databanks..Just making some experiments on genuine language for my ESP pharmacy course, well I am not experienced in corpus linguistics at all. Maybe that's why I got confused.🤷♀️
If you use AntConc, I would strongly recommend setting aside an hour or two to produce a corpus using BootCaT software, which is easy to use if your Java files are up to date. If you have any problems, do not be afraid to email me. It could be an interesting project to work on together if you like.

Well I would be glad, maybe in the near future but unfortunately not in these several months, to work on a similar project with you.
