Which one of the following gluten is better either maize or rice for shrimp feed in commercial operations?
If you are looking for gluten sources the maize or rice plants are not good choices. Resources which would be high in gluten would be bread wheats because gluten is the protein used to give good raising ability of wheat based doughs. For your shrimp you will have to experiment which do the best for shrimp reaction by experiment.
