As we know the duplex steel grade is corrosion resistant material, stainless steel is most preferable material. In spite all of these material, Fiber reinforced plastics have changed the choice of material.

fiber reinforced plastics are suitable for hot water storage; the temperature limit is linked to the specific type of composites. These materials are also used for pipes.
For example the recomended operational temperature range for pipes:
Epoxy glass fiber reinforced pipe: -29 to 149 °C (-20 to 300 °F)
Vinyl Ester glass fiber reinforced pipe: -29 to 93 °C (-20 to 200 °F)
Furan glass fiber reinforced pipe: -29 to 93 °C (-20 to 200 °F)
Furan carbon fiber reinforced pipe: -29 to 93 °C (-20 to 200 °F)
Phenolic glass fiber reinforced pipe: -29 to 149 °C (-20 to 300 °F)
Polyster glass fiber reinforced pipe: -29 to 93 °C (-20 to 200 °F)

Based on applications i would recommend stainless steel (good corrosion resistance) , for industrial or commercial applications. Should the application be residential reinforced plastic would serve better as it can withstand high temperature , its cheaper than steel , as lighter weight compared to steel.
