BAP is usually better than other cytokinins for shoot proliferation. 

In my opinion, TDZ is good for shoot induction in some plants and occasions. Although, TDZ has disadvantages such as inhibiting shoot elongation or somaclonal variations and abnormality due to the high concentration of TDZ.

I think that BA is current than others. there is a significant correlation between the hormone level and plantlet height and formed callus weight .
