People generally prefer to walk in the morning and do not walk after dinner. people express your which one is good? If you suggest walking after dinner is good compared to morning walk please give some reasons too.
As per my view everyday one must go for a long morning walk of 2 to 3 kilometers and after taking dinner one must slowly walk for about 8 to 10 minutes.
The question really is best for what? What is the purpose you are referring to? From a exercise point of view, either one will benefit the walker. From a digestive aid point of view an evening walk can be beneficial as well. It may also help with sleep.
In my opinion, an early morning walk is the best exercise for a healthy life. The fresh oxygen that we often miss in concrete jungles of our cities may be easily obtained in the early hours of morning. Early morning walk is considered good for heart, controls body weight and strengthens bones and joints.
Thats true Dr Singh. But, now we are living in the polluted city. It is said dust particles are near to earth in the morning and it may harm your lungs. If the city is clean, I also prefer morning walk.

It is a misconception that dust particles are near to earth in morning which may harm your lungs on morning walk. My home city Varanasi is also polluted but I have noticed several environmentalists and doctors on early morning walk on the city roads.

However due to the timing for the working action of person to meet their timely for their working action morning time all through is attractive but not convenient for such person .
After dinner walking is good as it helps digestive system ,however person should take their walking after 15 to 20 minutes gap of their dinner .
