Here are pictures of two SHSY5Y flasks maintained by two scholars.

One shows shrunken discrete pointed morphology and the other has comparatively large morphology, with both skind-of-spindle shaped cells and omelet shaped cells. All four pictures are taken in 10x (with slight cropping).

The highlighted omelet shaped cells look like S-type to me.

Maintenance condition for both flasks: DMEM-F12, media changed every 3rd day. Trypsinization for 5 mins in 0.25% trypsin 0.02% EDTA solution.
