In general, EDTA, CTAB Buffer, Sodium acetate buffers and Tris HCl are all autoclavable but please ensure you do not have any other heat labile components added to them before autoclaving. Incase of any requirement of heat labile components to be added please ensure you follow filter sterilization to remove any contamination.
