When studying reporter gene expression in mice by isolating cells that express a reporter gene (let’s say GFP, dsRed or other fluorescent reporters) and subsequent FACS analysis/sorting, would there be any specifically well-suited organ with regard to the ease of primary cell isolation, FACSability (autofluorescence,…) etc.?

In other words, if the biological context and genetic manipulability would not be important at all, which would be the organ/cell type you would prefer in terms of the ease of cell isolation and FACS? (Blood-derived cells are not an option). Thanks for sharing your experience!
