Dear Bhavesh Socha I fully agree with Faiq H S Hussain in that reactions done under sonication conditions have many advantages. I have a colleague in organic chemistry who does virtually every new test reaction in sealed tubes under sonication conditions. Normally the reactions take ca. 10 minutes instead of many hours at reflux. For more information please see this useful article entitled "Sonochemistry: Application and Advantages". Preprint Sonochemistry: Application and Advantages
Best for organic synthesis depends upon the type of the reaction. Room temperature reactions sonication is Eco-friendly, better approach. However, if reaction requires high temperature then relaxation will be preferred.

Preprint Sonochemistry: Application and Advantages
I synthesized one compound using sonication method and got the good results, but same compound I try to synthesized using reflux method but I don't get the results. I don't now why it's happen.
Sonication is a greener method than reflux method. Sonication offers an energy efficient as well as a rapid high yielding strategy for synthesis of fine chemicals. Therefore undoubtedly sonication is better than reflux method.
