Can we calculate static mechanical properties of soil from dynamic properties estimated using seismic cross hole or downhole test?

Looking for any existing correlation between dynamic elastic modulus calculated using crosshole/downhole test with static elastic modulus calculated in lab or in situ test such as PMT.
