I'm culturing C6/36 cells in DMEM for dengue virus.

There are two type of media in our lab, and I wonder which on to use.

Both of them are high glucose, but some compositions are different

1. DMEM high glucose, with 4500 mg/L D-glucose, with L-glutamine

2. DMEM high glucose, with 4500 mg/L D-glucose, with L-glutamine, 110 mg/L sodium pyruvate, with sodium bicarbonate

Which media is better to culture virus?

Is it critical when I use first media(without sodium pyruvate and sodium bicarbonate) to grow C6/36?
