Hello Fellow Researchers,
I've searched to see which media is best for Bovine aortic endothelium. Both DMEM + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS) and Bovine Endothelial Cell growth media have been suggested but have seen more results for DMEM.
Any suggestions on which one is better? I appreciate your time!
Here are some references, where primary bovine aortic endothelial cells (BAEC) were cultivated using the "Endothelial Cell Growth Medium MV"* (PromoCell, cat. # C-22020 or C-22120) - with or without some modifications:
