Some factories in coastal cities dump their wastewater and sewage into the sea - illegally and secretly. We would like to know which species are more histologically affected by this trend.
I think you can look at daphnia which is a crustacean. Also try sardines.

always a bit of a challenge... my main consideration is know the biology of the beast You are working with. It will be helpful if they are not migrating too much. I once worked with the flat fish limanda limanda for a similar purpose. It was supposed not to migrate in the test region.... it turned out that it just migrated for less than 500 km .... this made it pretty unsuitable ofr the purpose.. though maybe still the best guess as everything else was migrating even more.
