You want to check the antimicrobial activity of some plant extract. I think there are some report of use of this plant in wound healing or such diseases. Whatever the report may be, they have not used the watery extract for the purpose. Why are you evaluation watery extract?
You may add one parameter of evaluation of extracts of FRESH, SUCCULENT plant parts.
