It is not a "complete" paper its a simple work in which I tried different approaches for lipid extraction in deep sea invertebrates and evaluated the increase in lipids. If someone could point me some suggestions I would be grateful...

If its a methodological paper you could publish it in e.g. zoological or ecological journals accepting methodological papers.
I had good experiences with Frontiers in Zoology (I DO like open access journals, and there are a bunch of them out there)

A new journal from the BMC series which may be suitable for you is the "BMC Ecology", they also accept such methodological papers: http://www.biomedcentral.com/bmcecol/authors/instructions/methodologyarticle
Its probably "easier" to get something published in BMC Ecology because they are only tracked for IF and don´t have them yet ;-)

Thank you for all suggestions. Although Frontiers in Zoology or BMC Ecology are not exclusively marine the paper I have seams to fit well the scope of both. I did not know any of those, so these are very valuable suggestions :)
How about Journal of Experimental Marine Biology and Ecology? I have published methofdological papers there and it has a good ranking
'Journal of experimental marine biology and ecology' would definitely be a good choice for you
'Methods in Ecology and Evolution' is not strictly marine science related but it might be an option if you aim for a high impact factor:
