I am looking for a journal with good impact but easy and fast to publish. scope of the research is psychology in adolescents conducted in Saudi Arabia.
Consider MDPI range of journals - most are very quick, but do charge a hefty sum in terms of publication/page fees!

There are thousands of journals that can publish your article or work in good time. If you have a compelling reason to get your article or manuscript published as soon as required, you may indicate it to the editor and s/he will usually support your cause or case.
