That is Wikipedia's List of oldest universities in continuous operation. As I stated Unv of Constantinople is not in continuous operation but in complete successive operation.

Please be aware that I stated in my original question as the oldest scientific based university in successive operation but not in continuous operation as founded.

I do not think the fact that on the area existed an university which was destroyed by the invaders, who after few hundred years at the same city (but not place) established new school not connected with the previous can justify your claim. It sounds ridiculous.
