As per GLOBOCAN 2018 most common cancer among males in India is Lip/oral followed by Lung , However as per latest National cancer registry program (2020) which was conducted in 28 PBCR(Population based cancer registry) and 58 HBCR(Hospital based cancer registry) during the period 2012-2016 it is lung cancer followed by oral.
Can you provide the source of data you used from the National cancer registry program (2020)? If possible with url.

also the NCRP report shows that among males in India the incidence of Lip/oral cancer is higher than Lung cancer.
Those documents appear to show the same as what I found on the NCDR web site. However, at some places the 2020 report shows the cancers in the category lip/oral split over smaller categories (such as mouth, tongue, etc). Neither of the smaller categories is larger than lung cancer but when adding them up to the category lip/oral, they are.

Yes, and "mouth" is a subcategory of "lip/oral" therefore what you found at Globocan is fully consistent with what you found at NCDR.

Globocan reports that lip/oral is the most common. That is a broader category than mouth.
