While I haven’t worked with all the tools on your list I highly recommend EnergyPlus. It’s very robust and commonly used in the building science field. Plus, you can find many models of typical “archetype” buildings already developed and calibrated for the US building stock (see: https://www.energy.gov/eere/buildings/commercial-reference-buildings). Those could be a good starting point.
