I am using Himedia DMEM with 10% FBS for the Aedes albopictus C6/36 cell line. They are getting lysed after few days of revival. I have tried everything like using fresh media and its components, eliminated antibiotics from the complete media. Used new FBS also. Cells looks fine in first 2/3 days but after that they are getting lysed. So please suggest me the best suitable brand other than Himedia. And also any other way to resolve this issue
Sounds like you might have a contamination issue. If you are positive you don't have bacterial/fungal contamination and that your FBS was gamma irradiated and certified BVD or other viruses free then I try the following.
Corning/gibco/cytiva/lonza all make decent media.
You can switch to MEM, in my experience, C6/36 tend to do better in MEM.
C6/36 need non-essential amino acids added to the media and glutamax really helps.
Once your cells are passaging well, you can drop the FBS to 5%

The other thing you can check is the concentration of CO2. sometimes the increase in CO2 levels is toxic to the cells.
