I did some plant hydroalcohol extract , now i want run the TLC , even i have tried more than 20 solvent system for isolation of some flavonoid , i am unable to get anything yet. so please i need some valuable suggestion from you guys.

Hi Sandeepdid you try CH2Cl2/MeOH (9:1) and (8:2). if not try it , i isolayed somme flavonoids n'y using these two systems fois luck
