Several products are used by researchers to derive and compute LST maps for their study area. Landsat products (4,5,7,8) are widely adopted due to their high resolution (resampled at 30m) . But products such as MODIS are also available, recently Sentinel-3 is also been adopted to derive LST using thermal bands. ECOSTRESS products are one of the latest additions in this list.
So, which of the products gives the best results, if a temporal analysis is to be carried out, and what other alternate data sets can be used for LST analysis.?

I think it is better to use Landsat 8 + MODIS data for LST mapping

It depends on your aim and your study scale.
Dear Mohammad Ali Koushesh Vatan My study area is around 74 sq.km., which makes it even more difficult to obtain accurate LST maps.
With Landsat 8 you can obtain accurate LST (for 74 sq.km). Just try different algorithms.
