I need to do IP as well as Western Blotting for the endogenous and overexpression BRCA1 and BRCA2 protein. Which is the best one to use?
Anti-BRCA1 antibody [MS13] (ab16781) is useful for both WB and IP.

Abcam has BRCA1 antibody (Abcam, ab191042) used in western blot on human samples (ref: Hamam et al., J Exp Clin Cancer Res. 2016).
