In my opinion, asking different questions during lecture time is more important than to stick to only one question. This is simply because it is oral discussion not a written form. So, we obliged to stimulate students ' international abilities.

Which is better, in your opinion, to ask one question at a time or many questions during a class period?

I think asking one question at a time will be better. Reason being:

I think that it is better to ask many questions during a class period. This allows interaction and communication in class.

I believe that you have to ask the question first, and after point the student. This procedure give students opportunity to think in the question and time to elaborate the answer.

I think that many questions is better to ask because there are many students in the class so that, a teacher would give a chance for all of them ..
