Yes, you can. There’s a number of ways to do that. Self-publishing is an option, but you can also try submitting your text to publishing houses like De Gruyter who are specialised in academic books. Here’s a link that may help you https://www.degruyter.com/dg/page/1829/your-book

Of course, you can publish your thesis.
For academic articles in a journal, you need to summarize your thesis in simple manuscripts with clear objectives. Your manuscript should be consistent as much as possible (terminologies and main objective/question), findings should be well supported by data, and follow a clear theoretical argument.
For books, I'll advice you to avoid publishers who demand charges but offer very weak/poor editorial services.

Only the reviewed monograph has scientific value. The publication of the monograph has to be in the academic publishing house. It is expedient to present intermediate results of a research in the form of articles.
Theses and dissertations are part of grey literature. Such documents are not available through usual channels or for sale.Publishers are happy to publish theses in history or literature, which can easily be classified under historical studies or literary criticism. In addition to researchers, public may also show some interest. However, readership would be poor for theses or dissertations in science subjects as the findings may be available through other channels such as research articles.

The thesis or dissertation may be published in an author's book which may be used by other researchers as a reference in their research projects, doctoral dissertations or master's thesis.
You should try publishing with Taylor and Francis or Lambert publication.
The best strategy is to keep the students motivated after they graduate and move to new positions. Finding a published is not that difficult for a high quality original research.
For my PhD dissertation, this is what I did. I had six or seven papers already published in refereed journals prior to my defense. All I had to do was use those individual manuscripts as a chapter each in my dissertation. Thus, de facto the thesis is already published and the information disseminated well before the defense. It also had the advantage that the defense committee is less likely to give you a hard time during your defense because various expert reviewers in the field have already accepted the research.
