It depend on kind of exam and specialization but mostly the exam by the use of computer is better to serve money of paper, easiness of correcting and the time.

It depends on the type of question. For example, multiple choice questions are so much better marked via computer as such questions do not require more than choosing the correct choice. On the other hand, essay questions that require production and self expression are better correct by a person rather than a computer.

It depends, which type of questions you have asked in the exam?
For lengthy answers you should following manual grading system as also in online marking system the section which require elaborate answers need to grade manually. However, marking manually is faster than online marking system due to long term sitting in front of screen.
As a student I live for comments, but computer correction apps are faster.

I believe that essay questions cannot be corrected using computer. Teacher's personal evaluation often interfere in this case.
