In Costa Rica the inorganic forms of zinc we use are the ZnSO4 and ZnO
ZnSO4 hydrated has a bioavailability of 100% ZnSO4 monohydrate is 87% and ZnSO4 has a bioavailability of 67% according to studies by the EMFEMA in Europe.
I think zinc bioavailability is depended on its level of supplementation. However, among inorganic sources of minerals sulfate forms is usually more available than other ones. You can see these papers:
