I did pathogenicity test of Bipolaris in vitro with rice and wheat. In both cases Bipolaris produced typical symptoms. I used cotton swab method for pathogenicity test. But now i need to test in vivo condition. So how may I inoculate to get successful symptoms on target crops?
In Tobacco, we do pathogenicity test by applying the spores suspension (1000000/mL) via Root dip inoculation or by spraying on the surface of leaves..

You can try one of these methods according to your plant... you should water the plant as per it's requirements... just don't let the pots dry..
