I want to design and fabricate a filtration system for the brick kilns of a factory. But I don`t know which gases exit from brick kilns. Are there any data or articles related to this subject? Does anyone have any information on this subject?

it very much depends on the fuels you are using, the heating bodies and the mixture/clay used for the bricks. This is also influenced by the industrialisation level and efficiency of the system. E

Fuel is a gas contained: CH4, C2H6, C3H8, C4H10
The heating body is fire brick contained:
Al2O3 ,SiO2,CaO,MgO,FeO,Fe2O3,Fe3O4,Cr2O3,SiC,C
The mixture/clay contained:
sio2 (40-60%), Al2o3 (9-21%), Fe2o3 (3-12%), CaO (17%), MgO (4%),
CO2 (5.8%), SO3 (5%), Na & K(0
The magnitude of the atmospheric gaseous pollution caused by kilns brick.
It is fact that 1 kg coal generate after burning minimum 4 Kg of toxic gases and these gases are sulphur dioxide, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and oxides of nitrogen.
