How to calculate the shading losses of a pv panel?

I have set up a small pv farm on a rooftop of a factory using a software called pvsol. The pv farm consists of 100 modules arranged in a specific arrangement. I've got their rated output power and I want to calculate the shading losses in order to calculate the actual output power of this pv system.
