Please, which date of obtaining a degree should be quoted in your academic résumé (CV)? Should it be the date you finished your final paper, date you submitted your student research project/dissertation/thesis, or date senate confirmed your results or date of convocation. Your expert views would be highly appreciated.

It is better to use the official date. That is to say the date of graduation as stated explicitly on the certificate. This is the important date they have to list on the CV as "date of graduation". For MS and PhD graduates this can be "date of thesis defense. However, if an applicant doesn't list the date of graduation, it means s/he hasn't graduated yet.

I would check the transcript. The date that the transcript says that you graduated is the one you should use.
I believe that the date of awarding the degree by the university is usually evidenced in all the documents and certificates granted, and is considered acceptable by other universities
