How can other nations (developed countries like France etc) help nations (e.g Fiji, among others) mitigate the adverse affect of climate change in these countries?
Rich countries must help other countries exposed to problems are not able to solve. In the case of poor countries affected by climate change, can help via improving the agricultural pattern , optimal water exploitation and develop the skills of the local population.

The politicians perhaps sometimes forget that all of us live in a globe. If we disturb environmental balance, the effects may not be confined within any geographical area. Effect of Atomic bombing in Japan is not confined only within japan. It effects total environment of the globe.
The recent pollution problem of New Delhi is studied well. It was not only due to the reasons confined in New Delhi alone.
It may be the case that the SIN may be performed by one country and the CURSE have to suffer by another country.
The experts may comment on this.
