Egypt hasn't any LIDAR data on USGS.

I think you have some options for LIDAR data over Egypt but you should determine which kind of LIDAR data you need Terrestrial, Airborne, Satellite data?

First, terrestrial LIDAR data you can communicate with some companies working in that area such as Geomatex "or" some governmental organizations have terrestrial or mobile mapping systems such as NARSS "or" NRIAG "or" Surveying Engineering Department-Faculty of Engineering at Shoubra-Benha University.

Second, Airborne LIDAR, as I know NARSS has a project to cover many places through airborne LIDAR but I don't know the latest updates.

Third, LIDAR satellite data it's free and you can download the data of ICESat-1 and ICESat-2 via the NASA website you can find more details at this link
