I would suggest you to use Python and tensor flow. Even R-program is capable of doing image analysis to some extent. Again it depends on what is you data size.

It depends on the type of data you want to analyze. If qualitative data then you can use NVivo; if quantitative data, then you can use SPSS or Stata
