CST and DBS PD-L1 is not working for me. Can any one suggest a better option?
You need to be very careful which antibody you choose and for what purpose. There are 4 approved clones, targeting different organ systems that run on 2 different automated platforms.

Not sure about thyroid but for breast sp142 is approved as the companion diagnostic for patients who may benefit from Tecentriq. See:

What cell line/cell type are you using? Perhaps it’s the variation in glycosylation that causes your antibodies not to bind with the PD-L1 target.
