Which commercially available competent cells (DH5a) work good for larger vectors after the LR reaction?

I am doing LR reactions of my insert (about 2 kb in a donor vector) with my destination vector of size 17 kb, but I getting very colonies. I think my competent cells are not that efficient to take up the big vectors. Can you please suggest some steps that can be changed?

XL-10 from Agilent works great..!! you can generate your own competent cells too.
