It is indeed, as you say, of crucial importance to understand strengths and intrinsic limitations of different neuroimaging techniques when applied to the study of a specific function. I am currently reading up about the accurancy in detecting language areas in the brain in the pre-surgical assessment. Do you know about any recent study done in this context?
