I want to do preparative HPLC for fermented sample.So, that I can inject the sample in MS for citric acid and gallic acid peaks.As I am not able to get proper peaks using LC-MS.Can anyone help me with preparative HPLC column details to be used?
Any C18 column may be used.

C18 column should serve your purpose.
you can use any C18 column but add TFA for your M.P.
