There are several clinical guidelines for diagnosing acute bacterial sinusitis. Most of the referred work has been done using previous clinical guidelines or radiology as the "golden standard" for bacterial sinusitis. If you would like to research acute bacterial sinusitis, which guideline or clinical criteria would you choose and why?
