since ceramics are usually of non conductance or relatively low conductivity as campared to metals, but still there are certain ceramics with sufficient thermal and/or electrical conductivity, and there are few special methods by help of which thermal conductivity of these ceramics can be enhanced , so specify the same.
As nickel-zinc and / or cobalt-zinc ferrites are all thermoelectric, as they have a greater electron mobility in the paramagnetic region than in the ferromagnetic region, it can be demonstrated in the plot of the log (σT) versus 103 / T are almost linear graph and show a transition near the curie temperature.

Silicon Carbide offers a thermal conductivity of approximately 130 W/mK. This material has varying electrical properties but it is never an electrical insulator. Mechancailly, SiC is very hard and offers excellent wear properties.
