I have a mixture composed of cellulose and starch and I want to hydrolyze the cellulose component in order to purify the starch.
Which kind of Cellulase enzyme do you recommend which have simple hydrolysis process and hydrolyzes the cellulose to the greatest extent without damaging the starch portion?
I found this kind coenzymes, however I'm not sure which one is the best option.
