Hello everyone, I would like to make a short study on joint inflammation (especially MMP/TIMP production), which cell line would you recommend (and would be relatively easy to grow)? I have been told chondrocytes culture can be tricky.
In human there is the trio of C-20/A4, C-28/I2 and T/C28a2 cell lines:

https://web.expasy.org/cellosaurus/CVCL_0187
https://web.expasy.org/cellosaurus/CVCL_6850
which are all 3 distributed by Millipore
In mouse you could maybe use MM-Sv/HP-2:

But there seems to be no paper after the one describing the cell line and no one seems to be distributing/using it :-(
Best regards
Amos
Thanks Amos for your answer. Cellosaurus seems to be a great project by the way! Maybe I should used synoviocytes cell lines instead.
I have dataset which shows the length of power lines. I need to classify the lines based on the line length. Is there a rule to classify the High voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) lines based on...
