Which ASTM Standards are used to test steel fibres in tension?

I want to find the tensile strength of steel fibers. The steel fibers are 60 mm in length and around 1 mm in dia. Which standards should I use to test the fibers?

Specifically, I need the gauge length and loading rate.

ASTM A370" Standard Test Methods and Definitions for Mechanical Testing of Steel Products" is used for measuring steel tensile strenght.
