hello ashvini; good to see u on research gate. R is open access software. other options are phoenix and kinetica but they are not open access. we are explorig right now kinetica at our place. wat is your exact application.
I agree with Nirmal, WinNonlin is a good option and it is user friendly but it has limited applications in the free version (certain functions can not be performed) and the licensed one is expensive which is usually bought by the universities, research institutes and companies!
