For every parents it is the duty that they should study ,observer & view the process & development of their child .Besides parents with their standing status forget the basic fact & their responsibility towards the children in view of fact that they are neglecting their responsibility & duties for their children .
The above practice comes in the way of the thinking of the children with his individual development .Such children creates some sort of complex so to say inferiority complex within their mind & should remain outwardly merely as an observer of their life with their morbid temperament from the within .
For such children it is desirable that children should not said tears but it is the parents who should cry for their severe omission on the life of their children .
How we can solve this problem using Technology? or ICT Model?community base effort or individual?
