One child who was studying in primary education class 5(13 years boy) in rural areas of Sindh Pakistan innocently asked Sir I 'm hardworking sincerely he said Sir I and my father both daily goes into jungle for wood when we collectively work total income 500(5$ dollars) but when I come to school my father income total 300(3$ dollars) hundred now my father is saying me leave study we can't afford further education there is no job for you while only primary education is available in my village then how I can continue( middle to higher education ) and We can not afford education.While there is no job after primary even metric level(10 years education) and No professional skill I learn in my school in which I get sufficient income for My Parents Now How I can motivate now how I can motivate for education?AND many other parents ask same question when I promote education...Now can you tell me How I can motivate them...so day by day dropout ratio is increasing while there is no professional Skills taught in our educational System 1 to 12 class..Rural areas very creative children...but situations kill their creativity and they are real diamonds need to be polished the reality ..we are wasting such talent and scientists we kill our creative minds in primary level a ......... Question for Policy Makers and Curriculum Developers in Pakistan............this is not story on one but it's story of Millions....

Any learner should be free of stress and anxiety in order to learn. Motivation is built at various levels: home, school and society; motivation is multi-dimensional but in order to have intrinsic motivation, a child's both physical and psychological needs must be fulfilled. Read Maslow's (1943) hierarchy of needs to start with. It has its fair share of criticism because of weak empirical foundation, and is out-dated, but read this to understand that safe space is necessary for a child's growth and development:
