What is the aim of your Research?

The easy way would be to directly communicate with insurances and health funds. Most data about injuries is collected and stored in such institutions, for obvious reasons ... but please take into consideration, that it's still personal data, so you have to deal with it carefully.

Dear Thore, the aim is to know the frequency of injuries suffered by elderly persons in their home environment. I will be conducting study in India & here the health insurance in not common.

By the way, currently that is not what I am asking about. I just wanted to know the online database for research articles like Pubmed etc. which will be useful for literature search on home injuries.
