Well, in case (as I strongly suggest) you want to publish in an Open Acess journal, in order to have your paper more widely read, especially by researchers from less developed countries, as well as more cited, you can go to the search page on DOAJ website https://doaj.org/search
There, in the left menu:
(1) Click Journals.
(2) Open the following tabs: Subject & Articles processing charges (APCs).
(3) Click the relevant options
- Articles processing charges (APCs): No
- Subject: Any fields/subfields you want (probably Public aspects of medicine). Note: if you select more than one field, you must click the OR button to get a list of journals in any of the fields.
(4) Browse the list of journals.
Note that due to the ongoing review process, the info on APCs is missing for many journals (about 40% in Medicine as of April 2017). There are still 91 of them in the Public aspects of medicine subfield, including the third one suggested by Mary (I wasn’t able to find what is the journal that Heri suggests; a hyperlink would have been useful).
