Using two clones against human FoxP3 in combination is supposed to increase sensitivity for detection of these cells ( Article Association of Two Clones Allows for Optimal Detection of Human FOXP3

) .

Not all combinations of clones are compatible as far as I recall, and some may stain activated T-cells non-specifically.

I would like to know if clones 236A plus 259D are a suitable combination to achieve this, or if you could recommend any other combination.

I am looking for a clone available conjugated to APC or AF647 for an existing panel. This is for use with human PBMCs from an autoimmune/inflammatory environment (i.e. with potential for activated T-effector cells being present).
